Homemade Rosemary Lavender Soap

Do you enjoy pretty scents like I do? The one thing that is very hard for me to enjoy is fake perfumes/scents. I don’t even use dryer sheets because of the fake scent.  Instead I use essential oils.

Since I love all things fresh and real (as in real scents) this homemade rosemary lavender soap is pretty awesome! It screams fresh to me!

The recipe and instructions are below.

I’m also including the pretty free printable for you to use.

  4. Add rosemary essential oil to the bowl and blend well.

  5. Add lavender essential oil to the bowl and blend well.

  6. Spray bottom of the mold with rubbing alcohol.

  7. *Sprinkle chopped rosemary to bottom of the mold.

  8. *Sprinkle dried lavender to bottom of the mold.

  9. Add coloring to soap mixture.

  10. Gently pour soap mixture into mold.

  11. Spray the top of the soap with the rubbing alcohol.

I love this idea for Mother’s Day or just getting together with my high school friends (our 50th reunion this year)!

I can’t wait to try this, but I have a few questions. How many soap bars and what size would the soap bars be with this recipe?

I was unable to find the “printable” label. I even subscribed to your newsletter again, but was unable to find this particular label.

    Thank you.
