Do you enjoy pretty scents and soaps like I do? This homemade rosemary lavender soap is a fabulous gift to make with a wonderful scent and look or make it for yourself!
The one thing that is very hard for me to enjoy is fake perfumes/scents. I don’t even use dryer sheets because of the fake scent. Instead, I use essential oils.
Since I love all things fresh and real (as in real scents) this homemade rosemary lavender soap is pretty awesome! It screams fresh to me!
The recipe and instructions are below.
I’m also including the pretty free printable for you to use.
This homemade soap recipe is surprisingly simple and turns out absolutely gorgeous every time you make it! Not to mention that it smells divine.
This would be a fantastic Mother’s Day gift or even just a birthday gift at anytime of the year!
Find the step by step instructions along with a gorgeous free printable for your soap below!

I love this idea for Mother’s Day or just getting together with my high school friends (our 50th reunion this year)!
I can’t wait to try this, but I have a few questions. How many soap bars and what size would the soap bars be with this recipe?
I was unable to find the “printable” label. I even subscribed to your newsletter again, but was unable to find this particular label.
Thank you.

Hi Martha,
Thank you for the comment. For some reason there was a glitch with some text for the recipe. I fixed it. Enjoy!

When do you add the lavender oil? It shows in the photo, not in the recipe.
