I don’t know about you but when I think of summertime I think of two of my favorite light and tasty summertime treats- lemonade and watermelon! So it got me thinking…why not combine the two? Doesn’t that sound like the most refreshing drink? Well, it absolutely is and I’m so excited to share the recipe with you! This fresh watermelon lemonade drink is very versatile. You can add lemonade or limeade to the watermelon juice for a thirst-quenching drink. Or just squeeze a lime or lemon in the watermelon juice for a refreshing summer beverage. It is absolutely delicious!

There are two different ways you can make this declines drink, method 1 or method 2 as you see on the directions below! I’ve tried both methods and love them both!
Watermelon Lemonade
Ingredients
Method 1
- 2 c. fresh watermelon cubes no rind
- pink lemonade or limeade for your liking I did half watermelon and half ready-made pink lemonade
Method 2
- 2 c. fresh watermelon cubes no rind
- ½ fresh lime or lemon
Instructions
- Put watermelon in a blender and blend well.
- Add pink lemonade or limeade for your liking.
- Serve immediately with ice or chill in the refrigerator.
- Add slices of lemon or lime to spruce up the drink and make it look even prettier!

I absolutely loved this delicious watermelon lemonade drink and it screams summer to me! Watermelon is only in season for about another month so get it while you can and make this refreshing end of summer recipe. When I think of watermelon I think of such fun childhood memories with my cute kiddos who aren’t so little anymore!
