Hi everyone! It’s Jess from Everyday Party Magazine, and I could not be more excited to be part of Design Dazzle’s annual Christmas Wonderful series again this year. One of my favorite things about the holidays is making delicious treats…I can’t make enough. My friends and family are always asking me to make different flavored marshmallows, and I love experimenting with flavors. I’ve made a half a dozen new flavors over the last few weeks, but my son’s {new} favorite is Snickerdoodle Marshmallows!
Homemade marshmallows are really pretty easy to make, and your imagination is your only limit for flavor ideas. I typically start with my standard vanilla flavored marshmallow and add flavors to the sugar and syrup stage or the mixing stage. I added a little cinnamon to both stages for these marshmallows, and then rolled them in a cinnamon sugar mix. They did not disappoint, and your neighbors, friends, and family will think you are a culinary genius when you share them…if you share them.

-

I hope you enjoy the Snickerdoodle Marshmallows as much as we do! Please swing by my blog for more party inspiration and tips!
I am a busy mom of 4 boys. When I’m not hosting parties, I can be found at the local hockey rink cheering for my boy, or at Disney with my family.
