The Grateful Table: My Thanksgiving Tablescape

This is the time of year where we all turn our focus toward gratitude and the many blessings we have as residents in this great country. One of great things we can be grateful for is the traditional Thanksgiving feast we share with friends and family. Creating a welcoming Thanksgiving tablescape is the perfect place to start to set the mood for the entire day. Thanks to Wayfair I was able to create this inviting Thanksgiving tablescape to share with you.

Along with the juicy turkey, savory stuffing and candied yams, is a Thanksgiving tablescape that is filled with the personal details that truly welcome my guests to my table.

Having my family and friends gathered around my table to enjoy the bounteous harvest of Thanksgiving completes my holiday.

Layering multiple chargers add color and texture to bring more allure to your place setting.

I made this centerpiece using a large round basket, local winter squash, succulents, ornamental cabbages, dusty miller and other greenery.

The majority of them are real plants with a few artificial succulents in the mix. As you can see by my centerpiece I love succulents. A beautiful way to bring the outdoors in while creating a tablescape worth talking about!

Local, seasonal vegetables and greenery add just the right touch to a centerpiece.

This personalized place setting includes my guests name, a place mat to list my many blessings and a sweet tag to help us remember to give thanks with a grateful heart.

Right now I don’t have a chandelier over my dining room table. I’m waiting on just the perfect look which I found on Wayfair. Isn’t she a beauty? This Brighton chandelier would look stunning over my Thanksgiving tablescape.
