Spread Cheer, Not Germs! Print out this free file, trim it down to size and attach to your favorite germ-fighting item for a quick and easy Christmas neighbor gift.

Spread cheer not germs printable title

Hello and happy December!  My name is Shani and I blog over at Sunshine & Munchkins.  I’m excited to kick off the Christmas Wonderful 2020 series here on Design Dazzle.  I hope you enjoy this quick and easy neighbor gift idea I’ve put together for you.

I love spreading a little bit of Christmas cheer to my friends and neighbors by giving simple gifts.  Neighbor gifts are a great way to say thank you.  I’ve both given and received many thoughtful, yummy and practical gifts throughout the years.  I think we can all agree that this year (2020 for anyone reading this later) has been a little crazy.  So I decided to have some fun with this year’s gift.  This year, I’m giving the gift of clean hands!

The great thing about this printable and accompanying gift, is that you can include any number of germ-fighting items: hand soap, antibacterial wipes or hand sanitizer, just to name a few.  Simply print the tags out on some cardstock, sign your name, attach them and drop it off.  Perfectly social distancing friendly! *wink*

Here’s what you’ll need to put together the Spread Cheer, Not Germs neighbor gift:

  • germ-fighting item of your choice
  • white cardstock
  • printer
  • hole punch
  • baker’s twine
  • scissors or paper trimmer
  • pen or fine tip marker to sign your name
  • printable (see below)

To get this {FREE} Spread Cheer, Not Germs printable, click on this link to download it.  Save it your computer and then print it out!

Once your tags are printed out, use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut them out.  If you want to make it a little more fancy, you could mount the tags on colored cardstock.  Or you can round the edges out with a corner rounding tool such as the Crop-A-Dile. (I have a picture of both ways below so you can see how the finished tags look.)

Then, punch a hole in the tag and attach it with some bakers twine or ribbon.  And there you have it!

This Christmas neighbor gift printable has a total of 20 tags (10 reindeer and 10 elf) and comes together really quickly.

I hope you enjoy this easy and fun printable!  I’m sure anyone you give it to, whether that’s teachers, co-workers, friends or neighbors, will appreciate the gesture.
