Rustic Contemporary Home Tour

I loved getting to tour this rustic contemporary home during the 2016 Utah Valley Parade of Homes! It was built by Raykon Construction and is #40 of the tour. I ended up taking so many pictures in this home that I have another post dedicated to the fun rooms that were just for kids. You can expect that post soon!

Rustic Contemporary Home Tour

I love this rustic wall treatment! The boards are rough, different colors, and a bit uneven. It adds character without feeling too far off from the style of the rest of the home.

The paint treatment in the this bedroom adds a lovely subtle texture.

Beautiful wood stairs that are rustic, warm and inviting!

This reflective kitchen back splash is so beautiful and really makes a statement!

How about these gorgeous light fixtures? I love the glass globe with the gold metal.
