Valentine’s Day is all about celebrating the ones you love! I love the idea of having a themed celebration for Valentine’s Day and who doesn’t love Mickey and Minnie?
Often when people think of Mickey and Minnie celebration they think of a party for kids but I know plenty of adults (including myself) who would love a celebration like this.
All of the cute decor for this celebration was found at Michaels! I found the Mickey and Minnie items in the kid’s craft aisle and all of the Valentine’s Day decor came from the Valentine’s Day section of Michael’s.

Supplies:
- Felt Mickey Mouse Head Shape (stiff felt)
- Yellow foam sheet – placemat
- red heart shaped paper plates
- galvanized charger plate
- LOVE metal light sign
- Neon heart light
- Disney Family Canvas Craft Kit
- Disney Jewelry Kit
- Mickey & Minnie Wood Characters
- Mickey Ty Plush
- Mickey Pez Candy Dispenser
- Felt cut-outs – round black circles, white gloved hands, yellow shoes
- Red felt (stiff) hearts
I glued a black Mickey Mouse felt head to the heart neon light. Because the head is “stiff” it was easy to secure to the light without flopping over.
Galvanized charger plate is placed on top of a yellow sheet of foam. The black and white check plate was purchased from Michaels a few months ago and was placed on top of a red paper plate. A paper red heart plate was placed on top with a free printable that is offered on my blog. Scroll below to receive the free printable.
