Your family, especially your kids will LOVE this Easter Cream Cheese Ball!
It’s hard to even believe that Easter is right around the corner! I don’t know about where you live but in Utah it almost fees like winter time just barely came! It was a really calm January and most of February with hardly any snow and then all of the sudden it started snowing and hasn’t stopped!
But even though the weather doesn’t feel like it, Spring is almost here and with Springtime comes one of my favorite holidays- Easter!
If you are a fan of cream cheese (who isn’t?) and chocolate then you will love this decadent treat! Find the recipe and instructions to this delicious Easter Cream Cheese Ball below!
Easter Cream Cheese Ball
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 1 stick butter softened
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. and 1 bag of white chocolate easter M&M's
- chocolate candy robin eggs
- vanilla wafers
- graham crackers
Place cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and 1/2 a cup of M&M's into a large mixing bowl.
Blend all ingredients well.
Roll blended ingredients into a ball.
Place candy robin eggs around the bottom of the cheese ball.
Cover the rest of the cheese ball in M&M's.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with Vanilla Wafers and Graham Crackers.
