I’m a stay at home mom of three who likes to live well on less and that includes crafting well on less too!
I have a little bit of an obsession with bottle brush trees and ball jars.
After helping decorate for this amazing summer wedding, I was left with a lot of jars.
I found some small trees in a two pack at The Dollar Store
{you can read more about my obsession with The Dollar Store and what not to buy there here}
and decided to take a few of my favorite things
{dollar store goodies, ball jars, and bottle brush trees}
combine them, and make a simple, cheap {my favorite word}
and beautiful holiday decoration.

Here is what you will need:
Small trees {two pack from the Dollar Store}
Glass canning jars with lids
Strong glue {I used Goop}
Easy DIY snow globes featured on Design Dazzle
I made sure that my two trees would fit side by side inside my jar lid.

Once I was sure, I put glue on the bottom of the tree bases.

Secure the trees to your lid and let dry.

I picked up some frosty snow from the craft store and wish I had just cut up plastic bags of my own instead.
Pretty sure that’s all that is in the bag.
Such a rip off!
I put the frosty snow inside the jar then screwed the lid with the trees secured to them on top.

Easy as that!

Now you have a beautiful Christmas snow globe that didn’t cost you a lot of money.

Thanks for letting me drop into Design Dazzle for Christmas Wonderful!

I hope you will drop in {Seattle style}

    Cute! I have seen these before but have never tried to make one. This would be a fun craft for the kids or a neat gift idea.

    Charming! I have perceived the aforementioned before but have never attempted to make one. This could be an amusement specialty for the children or a slick endowment thought.
