Storage is always a premium and cute storage can be difficult to come by! Here are a few fun and funky shelf ideas that would be great for bedrooms, bathrooms, playrooms, or other adolescent spaces.

Skateboard Shelves are a great way to add unique shelving to your skater’s space!

Make a bookshelf out of a book! These floating bookshelves are a great way to store books or, you can use a single book as the shelf and then place other decorations on top for a different look! So cute!

Isn’t this floating shelf just adorable! And so flexible and functional too!

These framed bookshelves are just to die for! I can imagine them in a fun bright pink or turquoise color for a great accent wall as well as extra storage!

This tree bookshelf is just so cute and would be perfect for a playroom!

So when you are considering storage, opt for unique, interesting and even easy DIY options instead of traditional shelves for a little extra character in your space!
