Christmas Wonderful: Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch

Hello Design Dazzle readers, I’m excited to be here! My name is Jennifer and I am the Founder and Party Stylist for BellaGrey Designs. I create custom party decor for all your party needs! I am a mom to two small kiddos who not only love parties, but love to help in the kitchen whenever they can! Today we are sharing one of their favorite after school snacks! Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch!
Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch includes Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, and Chocolate! Featured on Design Dazzle
What you will need:
Cookie Sheet
Graham Crackers {or Saltines}
1 cup Butter {unsalted}
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows
1) Line your cookie sheet with foil
2) Place Graham Crackers in single layer on cookie sheet

3) Bring butter and brown sugar to boil in small pan ~ boil for about 3 minutes
4) Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture over the crackers ~ making sure all the crackers are saturated
5) Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. The mixture will bubble.
6) Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the crackers ~ let the chips melt
7) Spread the chocolate chips over all the crackers
8) Add the marshmallows
9) Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set
10) Once set, break into pieces
11) Wrap in parchment paper and place in a cute bag for giving to your neighbors or friends!
