England 2025 Itinerary
Jen from Classy by Jen and I, Toni from Design Dazzle, are excited to plan the ultimate girls’ trip to England! We’d love for you to join us for an adventure of traveling in England, seeing amazing buildings, and visiting iconic landmarks, and beautiful landscapes. We will be gaining new friendships, and making unforgettable memories. Don’t miss out on exploring England together.
Our tour begins in the heart of London, where we’ll arrive on Saturday and depart for the countryside on Wednesday. We’ll have 3 ½ days to explore London.
Saturday, April 26th
First Day Arrival
We arrive to London on Sat, April 26th. After a coach ride to London, we will drop off our luggage at Hilton Doubletree Kensington. We will visit Borough Market or similar, one of London’s most famous and oldest food markets, with a history spanning over 1,000 years. The market is renowned for its high-quality ingredients, including fresh fruits and veggies, cheeses, baked goods, and specialty foods. Its street food is also known to be quite delicious.
After Borough Market, we will do a walking tour of Harry Potter/London sites. After an early light dinner, we will head back to the hotel to check in and settle for the evening. This would be the time to get an early night’s sleep. : )
Sunday, April 27th
Harry Potter Tour
Travel by private coach to the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio (outside of London), where much of the Harry Potter filming took place. Later in the day, we will enjoy dinner at a pub.
Did you know pubs have the best food? We plan on eating at a couple of pubs.

English Countryside
The remaining 3 days will be spent in the countryside, visiting the Cotswolds, Windsor Castle, Bath, the Roman Baths, and more. During this time, our group will stay together in an Airbnb, enjoying the charm of rural England. The Airbnb is located in Wick/South Gloucestershire about 20 minutes from Bath. While we are out and about we will have lunch on the road. Dinners for both evenings at the Airbnb and breakfasts will be provided.

Thursday, May 1st
Breakfast provided
Walking Tour of Bath with a local guide + The Cotswolds – A local guide will take us on a journey to see beautiful bridges, charming cottages, picturesque villages, stunning landscapes, and even give us a small glimpse into William Shakespeare’s world.
And the best part? We’ll have time to shop at some delightful boutique Cotswold shops—perfect for finding unique treasures to take home!

Windsor shopping – we will have a small amount of time to do a bit of shopping
Saturday, May 3rd
We leave the Windsor hotel around 7:30ish am to arrive by 8:00 am to Heathrow Airport.
Inclusions:
- All breakfasts are included at the hotel and Airbnb
- Two dinners and a lunch are included.
- 5-night hotel accommodations (shared room – double beds)
- 2-night Airbnb accommodations (shared rooms mostly twin beds)
- One group transfer to and from the airport is included. If your arrival times differ from the group’s, you will need to take your own transportation
- Most transportation in England – coach, tube or train
- Tickets are included for the sites and tours we’ll be visiting (check if entrance is included). While we won’t be going inside most locations, some parts of the tour will be enjoyed as a walking tour.
Not included:
- airfare is not included. You will fly out on Friday, April 25th from your local airport to arrive at Heathrow Airport on Saturday, April 26th. Preferably before 10:00am
- most lunches and dinners are not included- see above for meals that are included.
- spending money
- travel insurance (highly recommended)
- any gratuities
- personal items – snacks, waters, etc.
The price is approximately $3640.
This is the set price for the tour. However, please note that occasionally taxes or transportation costs, such as transportation/ticket taxes, may increase slightly. Any adjustments will be minimal and will only occur if London/England raises these fees.

Flight Information
As mentioned, airfare is not included. This information is to help you plan your flights. We will be departing the USA on Friday, April 25th. Please arrive at Heathrow London by 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 26th. If your flight arrives after 10:00 AM, you will need to arrange your own transportation to our hotel. There is a convenient airport train that can take you from the airport to our hotel. If your flight arrives later, we cannot delay the bus coach for the group.
If your plane is delayed, we will be in contact to assist you with getting to the hotel.
For your return flight, we will be leaving Heathrow on Saturday, May 3rd. As a group, we plan to arrive at the airport slightly before or by 8:00 AM. If your flight departs earlier, you will need to arrange your own transportation (e.g., taxi or Uber) to Heathrow, which is approximately 20 minutes from our hotel. A group of us will be leaving on a flight at 10:55 am from Heathrow to fly back to the US.

Return Home: Depart from Heathrow (LHR) on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Our group will arrive at Heathrow before or by 8:00 AM by coach, 3 hours before our flight leaves.
