Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

Streusel

  • cup Flower
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter

Muffin Mix

  • 1 cup Flower
  • ¼ tbs Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Backing Powder
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 pc Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 cup Blueberries

Filling

  • 150 g Cream Cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Starch

Glaze

  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoon Milk

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Mix everything for the streusel, grind into crumbs.
  • For the muffin mix, combine all dry ingredients.
  • Mix all other ingredients and combine them with dry ones. Mix well.
  • Beat everything for the filling.
  • Put the muffin mix into paper muffin cups, make a recess. Put the filling and some berries in it, sprinkle with streusel and put some berries on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool down.
  • Mix everything for the glaze, pour over the muffins.
