Watermelon Feta Skewers

Ingredients

  • 24 1 In Chunks Watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ cup Feta, Crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Mint, Chopped

Instructions

  • First, you’ll need to chop your watermelon, if it isn’t already cut up.
  • Next, chop your mint.
  • Add the olive oil, lime juice, and sea salt to a small bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Place 2 chunks of watermelon onto each skewer, and arrange skewers on a platter.
  • Drizzle liquid mixture over the watermelon skewers, then sprinkle with feta, and chopped mint.
  • Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
