Sweet Creamy Stuffed Graham Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3.5 vanilla pudding dry mix
- 16 full graham crackers broken into 32 halves
- sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
- Beat heavy whipping cream on high until the cream is stiff and forms peaks.
- Add sugar and mix for 20 seconds.
- Add pudding mix and blend for 20 seconds.
- Using a small spatula, spread cream on one graham cracker.
- Make a sandwich with a second cracker.
- Roll edges in sprinkles of your choice.
- Refrigerate and serve.
