Sweet Creamy Stuffed Graham Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3.5 vanilla pudding dry mix
  • 16 full graham crackers broken into 32 halves
  • sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  1. Beat heavy whipping cream on high until the cream is stiff and forms peaks.

  2. Add sugar and mix for 20 seconds.

  3. Add pudding mix and blend for 20 seconds.

  4. Using a small spatula, spread cream on one graham cracker.

  5. Make a sandwich with a second cracker.

  6. Roll edges in sprinkles of your choice.

  7. Refrigerate and serve.
