Long Grain Rice

carrot, chopped

celery stalk, chopped

green pepper, chopped

orange and yellow mini sweet peppers, chopped

tomato, chopped

broccoli, chopped

mushrooms

salt

ground black pepper

garlic powder

red wine vinegar
Instructions
Cook rice according to directions to get 4 cups cooked.
Chop ingredients approximately the same size.
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl while rice is hot.
Serve warm or cold.
