Melt the bright white chocolate melts in the microwave.
On a piece of parchment paper spoon out the chocolate making a blob shape (trying to mimic the look of eggs whites). Do this until you have 12 egg white looking "blobs" that are about two inches wide on the parchment paper.
Before the chocolate completely hardens, take a little small amount of white chocolate and use it to sandwich two pieces of green candy melts together. Put the two green candy melts in the middle of the egg white blob.
Let the egg white blobs dry for about 30 minutes
Take your black frosting and lightly trace around the edges of the melted chocolate eggs.
Place the green eggs on top of your iced cupcakes.
