Simple, soft and oh so sweet! This Pink Harmony nursery is a wonderful collection of inviting shabby chic elements. Miriam over in Sweden put together this room for her daughter Thea. She mixed vintage and new with a soft palette of white and pink gingham plus a few pops of red and turquoise. I love how she takes advantage of the natural sunlight during the day which makes the room so welcoming. She kept the room simple on purpose. Miriam says, “Children’s rooms are continuously modified as their interests change, but the furniture should be able to follow them for a while. – Wholeness, balance of colors and the mixture of old and new is what I like most about the room.” Pennant Flag Banners add a soft touch to a child’s room.
The pink gingham wall really completes the look of this room.
So smart! The toys have a place so the floor remains uncluttered.
Love the hat boxes!
Good night, bears! Sleep well!
