An unusual way to use a Radio Flyer Red Wagon (or something similar) is as a book shelf. Books store easily in this movable book shelf.

A square steamer trunk works well as a side table and a good place to store extra blankets and bedding.

I realize this a pet food container, but look how sweet this would be in a childs room. You know the popcorn containers left over from Christmas or seen at your local thrift store, this is one of them – painted and labeled. Of course, for a kids room you would store something different then dog food. ; )
