There’s something just wonderful about Ainsley’s Anthropologie Inspired Bedroom- the soft, floral linens paired with subdued, white furniture. It’s such a classic, feminine look that works for girls of all ages. Hayley from Welcome to the Mouse House designed this fabulous example of a shabby chic girls bedroom for her daughter, Ainsley. I love how the blue walls (Benjamin Moore, Buxton Blue) complete the soft, welcoming appeal of the room without detracting from it’s feminine charm. The pink accents seem to pop against the blue walls and the white furniture. Hayley says, “My vision for her room was ‘shabby chic, girly, timeless, eclectic, non-age specific”. Make sense? Yeah, not really a clear, concise theme, but who cares. It’s my house. I will do what I want. Bwahahaha.'” 🙂 She cracks me up!
So sweet! Hayley made vintage inspired paper doll artwork to hang over the bed.
The rag tie garland breaks up the expanse of blue wall beautifully.
