Is this not the most darling vintage neutral girls nursery? Shannon Greenhaw designed this room for her first baby girl granddaughter. What a fabulous way to welcome a new baby into the family with a beautiful nursery. The touches of blue and grey stand out from the neutrals of the creams and tans.
You may correlate pink with a girl’s nursery but the blue is doing a great job. The crib is a Sorelle Vista crib in french white.
This wall hanging has a lovely quote and the words are so comforting.
The mobile over the bed is precious to say the least.
The Bird mobile was made out of some old sweaters that Shannon felted and sewed into little birds. They are hung from an embroidery hoop covered in the same fabric as the bedskirt.
Okay I love this piece of furniture. It makes for a sturdy changing table, dresser and it is just a great statement piece too!
Notice the “Oh Poop” sign above the changing pad, how appropriate! She found it at Amazon.com the maker is Papaya.
There are some great vintage finds added to the room decor. The Lord’s prayer victorian framed print was found at a local antique mall.
Shannon made this book wreath from an old workbook that she found in a local antique mall.
The room works so well with all the different accent pieces. The paint color on the wall is Behr “Rhino” 710E-3 from Home Depot. Shannon found a great way to incorporate blue into her baby girl’s new nursery and it really works!
