Brain Freeze S’Mores Popsicles


Hello Summer Campers!

I am Alexis from Jac o’ lyn Murphy Designs,
what a treat to be back again this yearas a Design Dazzle Camp Counselor.
Summer just isn’t Summer without S’mores!
Brain freeze s'mores popsicles
This year, we are giving traditional S’mores the “cold shoulder” andfilling our hot days and nights withS’mores Popsicles…

They could not be easier
and they are the perfect treat for kids of all ages to make…
For six popsicles,
(our popsicle molds are the 2 oz size from Ikea)
you will need a cup each ofchocolate chips, crumbled graham crackers and mini marshmallows…

four big scoops of softened chocolate ice cream…
(it is not an exact science add more or less as you see fit!)
making Brain freeze s'mores popsicles
mix them all together by hand or in a mixer with a flat paddle attachment…

then fill popsicle molds…
(pack the mixture in as “tight” as you can)

insert popsicle handle or stick…
Brain freeze s'mores popsicles

and place in freezer for at least 2 hours…Brain freeze s'mores popsicles

your campfires will never be the same again!
