Wow! Jenny from Jenny Cookies along with her aunt put together a delightful Vintage Stork Baby Shower full of classic touches and simply beautiful flowers. Jenny says, “My aunt and I chose the theme months ago, before we knew the baby’s gender. My aunt shares the same love of all things vintage, so it was easy for us to agree on a theme. We went with vintage storks!” Together they antiques like a vintage glass baby carriage, milk glass vases and even an old bottle warmer. The backdrop for the dessert table was a set of distressed old doors. Even the calico pennants and soft bunting made out of tied strips of gingham were made from estate sale finds!
You remember Vintage Storks? They were on all things baby in the first half of the last century.
Cute, yes? But even cuter on a cake! Take a look.
I love how the cake is displayed on an antique baby scale. Jenny says, ” I made a turquoise ribbon cake and placed it on an old baby scale, which actually worked and informed us the cake weighed 12lbs!”
Flowers were placed in an antique blue mason jar. The mini apple cobblers were tied with ribbons and toy pacifiers and placed in a bread box.

Love the vintage hospital bag!
