Friends of the Forest Nursery
Laurel-Dawn from Abode Love designed the lovely and oh so soothing Friends of the Forest Nursery for her nephew. She stenciled the birch trees on the wall (a true labor of love! I bet that took some serious time!). Earth tones of brown, grey and cream combine with aqua and green gingham to make this room fresh and super welcoming. Laurel-Dawn says, “This fabric is what brought the whole nursery to life. It’s a gorgeous pattern via Beck & Lundy, Etsy as well. My supermom MADE these gorgeous bumper pads and bed skirt. We loved the combination of the aqua and grass green gingham.” Pictures by Carrie Tabb.
White frames with white mats give this room a simple and fresh feeling.
Green gingham drapes with teal trim are a beautiful complement to the forest theme!
The letters have been sprayed gold to match the gold antlers on the other side of the room.
The driftwood mirror came from PotteryBarn.
The gold antlers were spray painted gold.
So sweet!
