Gender Neutral Twins Nursery

Beautiful and so peaceful! Designer Emily created this tranquil room for her twins. When she found out that she was expecting boy/girl fraternal twins, she set out to create a soothing gender neutral twins nursery. Emily says, “I have to say, this nursery was not an easy project for me….gender neutral can be quite a challenge….I seemed to want to go all the way feminine or all the way masculine. I am already an indecisive person, but throw pregnancy into the mix and I can take indecisive to a whole new level.” It is very difficult decorating for a boy and girl shared room. Emily hit a home run with this incredible gender neutral baby nursery. I love that she used two super comfortable rocking chairs. If you’re going to have two little ones awake during the night, two chairs makes perfect sense. I also love her furniture arrangement with a defined sitting area. The walls are painted Comfort Gray Paint by Sherwin Williams.
Love the chandelier!
Built in cabinets and drawers offer a tremendous amount of storage.
Emily says, “One of my favorite items in the nursery is this Somewhere Over the Rainbow verse… I found it on Etsy and had to have it as it’s the song that I walked down the isle to when we got married.”
